ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC was created to make quality mental health care more accessible, respectful, and patient-centered. We believe mental health is just as important as physical health, and care should be delivered in a way that supports both.

All services are provided through a secure telehealth model, allowing patients to receive care from the comfort and privacy of their own space.

Why Chose Me:

Choosing a healthcare provider is deeply personal, and I am honored to partner with individuals and families in their care.

I bring over 25 years of nursing experience and 13 years of practice as a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a doctorate-prepared clinician, I am committed to clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and delivering care grounded in the latest evidence and best practices.

My professional journey includes more than 18 years supporting individuals living with HIV, where compassion, knowledge, and stigma-free care are essential. I provide an affirming and inclusive environment for LGBTQIA individuals and strive to ensure every patient feels respected, safe, and heard.

Experience in correctional health has strengthened my ability to serve diverse and underserved communities with cultural humility, adaptability, and respect. These experiences shape my patient-centered philosophy, allowing me to meet people without judgment and provide care that addresses the full picture of their wellbeing.

How It Works

  1. Request an Appointment

    • Complete a secure prospective patient request form.

  2. Intake Review

    • Your information is reviewed to determine eligibility for care.

  3. Appointment Scheduled

    • If appropriate, you’ll receive next steps regarding appointment availability.

  • ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC provides tele-health services only.

  • Services are available to:

  • Adults (18+) located in Texas

  • Adults located in New Mexico (self-pay only)

    • New Mexico services are not billed through insurance. Controlled substances are not prescribed to patients located in New Mexico.

  • ReVITALized Wellness, PLLC is not an emergency or crisis service

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a $100 fail-to-cancel / no-show fee
